The Karnak Sound and Light Show tells the history of the glorious and ancient Thebes or Luxor Capital of the New Kingdom of the Egyptian history. The show narrates the achievements of some great Pharaohs, with poetic descriptions of the ancient cultural treasures of the city and the temple.
The show displays the history of this temple and the pharaohs who built the monuments inside this huge temple like Senusret I, Amenhotep III, Ramesses II, Queen Hatsheput, and Thutmose III and others. During this Show the visitors walk through the great complex of temples of Karnak and hear the pharaohs telling the story of their interesting works and lives, While a very impressive music mysteriously flows through the walls of this magnificent temple.
The show itself takes about 75 minutes starting from the entrance of the Temple, through various buildings and halls till the Sacred Lake. After the show, transfer back to your hotel or cruise in Luxor. (End of Program)
